Natural Rubber Sheets :

1) Natural Rubber Sheets :

Natural Rubber Sheets exhibits excellent physical properties including a moderate abrasion and temperature resistance. Can be used for service temperature up to 800 C. However, it has poor resistance to petroleum based fluids, ozone and sunlight.

2) Butyl Rubber Sheets :

Butyl Rubber Sheets, with very good weathering resistance as well as amoderate resistance to petroleum based fluids. Excellent di-electric properties and low permeability to air makes it versatility for many electrical applications. Used extensively for general engineering applications like gaskets, grommets and tank lining, seals and packaging.

3) Nitrile Rubber Sheets :

Nitrile Rubber Sheets finds an application in areas where service temperature is as high as 1100 F. Good physical properties like abrasion resistance and good ageing resistance. They have excellent resistance to petroleum products and typically find its use in applications like diaphragms, floating roof tanks, oil resistant seals and gaskets.

4) Neoprene ( Chloroprene ) Rubber Sheets :
Besides resistance to petroleum products, neoprene sheets also withstand a higher service temperature range of - 400 F to 3000 F. They can be compounded for an excellent resistance to most of the acids and alkalies as well as to open flame. These sheets are widely used for various applications in refineries, food industry, chemical and process units.

5) EPDM Rubber Sheets ( Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber Sheets ) :
EPDM Rubber Sheets find use in various applications where it is necessary to have a relatively wider service temperature range - 400 F to 3500 F and excellent ageing resistance is required. They have excellent compatibility with a wide range of chemicals and intermediates. These rubber sheets are used extensively in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, fertilizer plant and steel units.

6) Viton Rubber Sheets :

Viton Rubber Sheets of viton are used for very specific applications needing a combination of heat resistance and corrosion resistance. These sheets exhibit outstanding resistance to ageing and are flame retardant. It has got excellent oil and heat resistance, at high temperatures.
7) Hypalon Rubber Sheets :

These sheets are characterized by ozone resistance, colour retention and stability, heat resistance, weatherability, excellent resistance to detoriation by corrosive chemicals and acids. They have remarkable resistance to ozone plus resistance to abrasion, heat crazing. They have a moderate resistance to petroleum products.

8) Silicon Rubber Sheets :

Silicon Rubber Sheets retain their electro-metric properties at temperatures well beyond most other rubbers. They withstand continuous exposure at 200 C. Excellent dielectric properties. High resistance to ozone oxygen and high intensity ultraviolet radiation. Good resistance to oil, greases and a wide range of chemicals, acids & alkalis.

9) Polyeurathane Sheets :

Polyeurathane Sheets have a good ageing properties besides excellent resistance to abrasion, tear and various solvents. However, these sheets cannot be used at higher temperatures.
